Those Szechuan green beans, but watch out they are spicy! Traditional, authentic Chinese food. Highly recommend.

Upon walking in, the place is clean and smells great. Not much of a wait and the quality of the food is a 10/10. Beef was cooked perfectly, was tender and came out steaming hot. Staff was super nice and the blond woman named Amy really set the bar high. She was attentive and super friendly.

We've been meaning to try this place and finally dropped in. And we were pleasantly surprised. It was really good flavors. I mean, Lo Mein noodles can be kinda boring, but this was really tasty. The veggies were crisp and not over cooked. The Kung Pao was pretty good too. I ate it all as you can tell. Sorry, I was so hungry I forgot to snap a pic. Here's the big question. Would I come back????? Yes I would. I would like to try the Hot Pot next time. I think they may not offer it every time because it wasn't on our menu. But everything considered, I gave it 4 stars.

The restaurant is really pretty. It's bright and open which I love. Beautiful inside and a nice outside dining space too. The staff is friendly and helped me with entree selection which I appreciated. The dumplings were so yummy and had just the right amount of heat. Spicy black bean cilantro chicken has a ton of flavor! So glad I went with mild to spicy for this dish. Large portions meant leftovers for a second meal...winning! My friend got the orange chicken and it was delicious too. My son enjoyed her leftovers. He's a teenager and not always easy to please. I cannot wait to go back and check out other items.

My first time trying Mandarin Taste. We went on Sunday at 11am. As first timers the server was very accommodating to our group as we had lots of questions. The seating was not crowded which I appreciated! There was a separate bar area that also looked spacious. We settled on the pork dumplings with spicy sauce and cheese wontons as appetizers. Both were very good! Our main dishes were steamed dumplings, chicken lo mein, pork belly with steamed buns. I'd read the reviews that the food comes out separately as they are done. This was actually fine with us. It didn't seem to be a problem as we were all sharing our entrees. I would for sure like to try the hot pot next time! I can see why they have a strong loyal following!

We finally tried out Mandarin Taste after getting several recommendations from coworkers. The ordering process is a bit different - there was one waitress in the restaurant who came around to check on us and explain how to order online. Once you add menu items to your online cart, you then "check out" and send it to the kitchen to be made. Our waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu to us and suggesting things we might like. We started out with pork and shrimp dumplings. They were pretty good, but not very flavorful. We love dumplings so we had high expectations coming in. I also tried the Chicken Coconut Curry which included dark meat with some veggies and rice. This curry flavor was really unique and buttery. It wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but I could see why others enjoy it. If you like dark meat, I would definitely try this dish out! One thing we really liked was the sauce bar where you can make your own sauce. My husband and I each made a unique sauce with all the flavors we liked. We weren't overly impressed with the food, but service was good and we enjoyed our experience.
